LiFePo4 Lithium Battery for Heavy Duty Truck


The 25.6V 280Ah and 25.6V 314Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery packs we provide greatly meet the power supply needs of users. The lithium battery uses top-grade lithium iron phosphate battery cells, with ultra-long cycle life, excellent safety performance and wide temperature range working ability (efficient operation from -20°C to 60°C, meeting the test of cold and heat). Its high IP65 protection level ensures stable operation in complex, dusty and humid truck operating environments, and provides long-lasting, stable low voltage and high current output for the entire vehicle. It is the key cornerstone for heavy trucks to achieve energy saving and emission reduction and improve reliability.


This high-capacity LiFePo4 lithium battery has a wide range of and critical application scenarios on heavy-duty trucks. It can provide continuous, stable and high-power electric support for parking air conditioners or driving air conditioners compressors, especially when the engine is turned off, ensuring a comfortable cab environment, avoiding idle fuel consumption and emissions, saving fuel costs, and extending engine life. The large capacity of 280Ah/314Ah is enough to support long-term cooling and heating demand.

Extended use time: The cycle life can reach more than 8,500 times, which is 5-10 times that of high-quality lead-acid batteries. It basically covers the entire life cycle of heavy trucks, greatly reducing the replacement frequency and total cost of ownership.
